  • Not finished but worth sharing

I don't have the patio finished, but I am at a point where the photos are good enough to share.

One wall is finished, second is nearly finished and the third will get done early Aug. Lighting goes in early Aug also.
One picture is from a seated view. I went with shorter columns, less formal and more friendly. They are a good height to put a plate or wine glass on. I build the two benches (overall view is better). Wall height is good for seating also. I don't think a dozen people for a wine and BBQ party is out of the possibilities.

I moved every shovel full of class 5 and sand, every block and did absolutely every bit of work on this patio by myself.
Can't wait to officially christen it, sit around the fire table with a good glass of wine and a New Orleans cigar.

Very handsome, and what a nice thing to be able to say "I did it myself."

                          Absolutely beautiful!

Is that stamped poured concrete floor? Or is it individual blocks?

Best wishes for many years of enjoyment!
