Can't you do this stuff in the day time not before going to bed.
We don't want to lost you to a sausage.
Chris makes an excellent point. If you must try possible allergens, at least do it in the morning, and when another adult is there with you to call 911 and administer the Epipen.

I'M ASSUMING YOU GOT YOUR EPIPENS before you tempted fate, right? RIGHT?

My SIL has a spare, but I have not seen her. What I did is take my Allergy pill like I always do 3 hours later plus something new that you are not going to believe. At the Hospital they gave me Pepcid, It is for upset stomachs, but there is an ingredient that helps with allergy's.

We have been trying to figure out what did this and about an hour ago I think we figured it out. I am allergic to shellfish. Last week I took a super high dose of Fish oil, which may have overlapped in 24 hours. This was a sample pack of 1400mg. I may have taken 2 in under 24 hours, giving me 2800 mg. I noticed that It did have a big fishy after taste. I take 1000 mg daily and never had that taste. We think that is what caused it.

Oh, Frank. I bet it was. I take a fish and flax oil supplement for my eyes (my eye doctor prescribed it, but it's OTC) and I know if I ever need to go to a hospital for anything, I'm supposed to tell them that I'm taking it, as it can act as a blood thinner. People think over-the-counter supplements are not like medications and you don't have to mention them as part of your medical history, but you do.

Please talk to your doctor about managing this, especially if you need to keep up the fish supplements.

My wife was able to get the Epi Pen for $25 thru a discount program. I am still going to try to get a prescription for that free 2 pack on Monday when I see my doctor.

“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

              “You shouldn't wear that body.”

I am glad you are above ground to talk above it. Did you make an appointment with a specialist. It is best not to play doctor with potential life threatening issues.
