Every thing is signed via internet, a first for me. Electronically signed in three places by clicking. I noticed that the actual seller is donate for a cause.

So here is the dealio. We were in Kona and stayed at the Vacation Internationale Sea Village through the Worldmark portal. We ended up in building 2 in a refurbished unit with a partial view of the ocean. My wife was speaking to Missy who is the person at the front desk and one thing led to another. One of those things was my wifes cousins exwifes dad Ted who recently passed in PV at the Vallata Torre. He was on his way to the Sea Village next. Ted invented the kwik loc used on many bags to keep them closed. He was a person that was very likable.

Anyway, we were upgraded to oceanfront. I think we ended up in Teds unit.

Then I noticed how close to the ocean I was. The waves were crashing on the rocks right below my deck. Every morning I would see dolphines, yellow fish, sea turtles and a host of birds. The birds would wake me up every morning. Every evening came a sunset with colors because of the vog ?

So then we started making friends at the pool right off the get go. They explained the VI system somewhat. I found a VI rtu on ebay that I decided to take. It has enough points to go to Hawaii for 2 weeks every year for the next 8 years and a years worth of points banked for 2014. Free closing and transfer. So next year I can do a month if I want.

What is interesting to me is the estople letter claims the mf is $944 or about $5.20 a point. Everyone at tug says it should be about $7.50 per point. The seller says 2014 was $944. It would be cool if it stays that low for some reason but even if its under $1400 Im saying sweet.

Another likable thing about VI is there are so many resorts in the northwest. One of them is in an area I like to salmon fish up on Vancouver Island. Another is in the heart of Leavenworth which every one in my family likes except me. I don't wear lederhosen at October fest.

This should compliment the worldmark we own. So now Im again up to 9 - 11 weeks depending on unit size.

VI has 34 locations with a decent Hawaiian footprint. http://www.viresorts.com/resorts/resortLocations.html

                Nice.
Looks like a great mini-system for you Western folks.
Enjoy your new baby. :big grin:
                And RTU is even better.
