I also spent a lot of time on the phone talking with Bruce. We also pointed out that Tri-West was pulling some shenanigans on resales after Mario stepped away from the daily operations which started some trouble OY. I used to kid Bruce about those long phone calls.

How sad. I'm so sorry to read of Bruce's passing. He was always such a lovely, warm and generous person. RIP Bruce. You'll be missed.
