Too bad no one could take you up on this generous offer.
We just one an eBay auction for a 1 BR (unit 423, week 42). We aren't able to go this year, so they put the week into their rental pool. They keep 35% and the owner gets 65%. Their is no guarantee that it will rent, but if it doesn't a couple of weeks prior, I can pull it and make a last minute deposit just to salvage something.

That's similar to when I got our current week, so it was essentially about a $750 purchase. 423 seems like it would be a great unit. I cuodmtake a run upstairs to see where it's at if you want.
