Last few days have been hell, One day I fell asleep at 5:30 am day before that was 6:30 am and both days I woke up at 6: am. Last night was a painful night as well. Noyt sure if it was 5 am or not but I woke up to both breakfast and lunch trays on my bed my lap top on the floor and my threopist said she tried waking me 7 times with no luck. I think I just needed 1 day of rest

Did your husband get them both done at the same time?

I was reading the history link of the rehab center. Pretty interesting. A converted mansion.

Keep working on it. PT is the way out.
After my knee surgery, I can out walk most people, but still don't have great strength for squats or getting up off the floor ("I've fallen, and I can't get up" type thing-it's real).
