What product is the best to use to seal your wood decks?

To give you a not-very-good comparison, I sealed our wood decks on the boat dock last year. Whatever the stuff is we got at Wal Mart did a lot better than whatever the stuff is we got at Lowe's. I still have gallon of the Lowe's stuff left, if I wanted to go find it, but you probably don't need to know tha name of what not to buy.

Jenny has just stained our screen room (not preserve), and she really like it. Cabot SPF. That's where I'm heading next, to try to get some work done on the screen room. All these dang timeshare people have been here all week and we're worn out from fun-having.

I used Cabots, from Lowes. We vare happy with results. one gallon cover vour deck of 20' X 20'. it is the only one we have used. we decdie oin that one becused we wanted a redwood look to our deck. They had many color to choiose from.
