OK, this is JUST a test.... I would like to get a couple people to bet "NO" if you would to see what happens when you lose! I will give you back your points after the test is done!
This betting ends at 3PM Eastern Time TODAY!!!
I believe you can bet as much or as little as you want but be mindful that I will deduct points from anybodies account that places a big bet that the result will be YES as obviously the answer is yes! -
OK, this worked... other then I have to remember that we are in daylight savings time so in the real time we are an hour ahead of where we are...
I am setting the script up so that Admins and SuperModerators are able to add events at this point. We may expand this in the future but I we need to limit this so we don't have tread after thread of nothing but threads that people are betting on.
Betting is open to all members of the Staff, Posting members, and Contributrs. For members with less then 15-posts, sorry but you need to get involved on the site more befre you will be able to bet!
I will work on a FAQ for how this works after I get some time to figure out how it all works!Comment

I have installed a new program that will allow members to bet their TS4MS points on things....
So, say Survivor has something like 14-people this time...
We can set up a bet on who will be the next person to go... The people that win the bet get the points bet by those that lost but obviously this can get real complicated...
Let's say we have four members that bet for person 1 with 1000-points total on this but only one other person bets 10-points on person 2.
If person 1 is kicked off, then the four members win and they would split the points lost by member 2.
If however they would have kicked off person #2, then the member that bet for Member 2 should win 10-points which should be deducted between the other four members that lost the bet.
I also needed to verify that the settings are working so that these bets can be placed here as this is the most logical place for this type of thing to happen in the future...
I think I will have this running by tonight so we can try a real event!Comment

OK, I verified this works as I would expect except I have one bug I want to fix (it is supposed to be a feature but I hate that it gives some members discounts - staff as an example)
I need some time to recode this script before we can start our first live pool....
So, come up with some ideas and I hope to have that "discount" code ripped out soon...
