You know you're right, I was thinking the same exact thing. It's just that all week they have been showing the coming attractions where McDreamy tells Meredith that she has a choice to make. She then stares back at him looking so sad.

Then I was thinking that it would be too simple for her to just pick McDreamy. Instead, she might not pick him, for various reasons, and the drama of a forbidden love would continue.......................
