Ken I turned absolutely WHITE when the stainless mug showed "out of stock" on the website but they had enough to do our order.

This is just phase 4 of my 6 step project.

Phase 1 - Decide on the mug
Phase 2 - Get price quote on the mugs
Phase 3 - Collect for the mugs
Phase 4 - Order the mugs
Phase 5 - Recieve the mugs
Phase 6 - Ship out the mugs.

So I'm two-thirds of the way through.

You forgot Phase 7. Handle whining from unhappy customers.

You need to make sure that you invoke the same rule my son did after he sold candy bars at School for his boy scout troop fundraiser. Read my lips, NO REFUNDS. It's amazing how real life experience impacts our thinking.

Maybe next year if someone sends really good drugs I will do this again and we will get the ones with no handles.
