I ended up buying another item, the JLB speaker thing for ipods and used the Taxsucks coupon and it worked. It showed the sales tax and then gave me a discount for that amount.

I sure hope my email works on my computer purchase!

That coupon works only in your area since every place else gets free tax.

I have used this site efore but keep in mind that it could say 50% is left but that could mean 50% of 100 and that would sell out in a few secs. If it were 50% of 10,000 that might still take an hour.

Sent email to Woot and requested an adjustment. Will let you know what happens.

Well, I heard back from Woot. Here's their response:

The taxsucks coupon is only for $5. Have applied it to this order.

So they applied the coupon "Taxsucks" but its only worth $5. That's better than nothing.!
