My voting location wasn't busy at all. This is such a big difference to the last several elections when there where lines hundreds of feet long.

It's nice that we aren't a lightning rod of controversy this year.

Voting was so heavy in MA, that some voting places in Boston ran out of ballots. My voting place was very, very busy 45 minutes before closing. Proud to be an American.

We have never seen it so busy as this afternoon. We had to sit there for an hour. We will become a "Permanent Absentee Voter" from now on and deliver our ballot in person because I do not trust the mail.

It will be a long night tonight as we have only been closed for just over half an hour. Hawaii has another 2 1/2 hours to go....

I voted today and pulled a straight ticket for the lessor of two evils and guess what none of my guys won! Maybe there is a hanging chad that can help one of these guys out. Probably not. Ohh well will vote again in 2008

I will be moving this thread in a day or two into the Political forum. I had left it here to serve as a reminder to all to go out and vote. Not all members see the posts in the political forum, That is why I left it here.

Since this thread is political in nature it does belong in the political forum. I understand that many here were just trying to keep it as a reminder to go out and vote but there are political posts in this thread that do not serve as a reminder to vote and are Political posts.
