Nice site, especially for hard to find wines. But the shipping could be a deal breaker. $37 for a 12 bottle case to my house.

OK this is now one of my favorite sites. It is almost like Woot as they sell 1 bottle of wine at a time until they sell out. You have to check in daily because once they sell out they put a new wine right up. I have gotten deals at 75% off and every wine I have bought from there has been great.

Your not the only one that's in trouble. I have picked up about 2-3 cases from them in the last 3 weeks. lucky for me Vikingboy, Jimmy went half with me on some of it. We picked up some great deals on some nice Italian wines. What is bad is there was one that I bought 3 weeks ago that normally sold for $45 a bottle. I paid $15. Well the wine was great and both Myself, my BIL and Jimmy want more and can't find it. Every day they put up some good wines. The other day I came close to buying the Montalpulciano that was $50 a bottle which was about half price.

Just tried to buy Lamborghini Umbria Campoleone La Fiorita 2002, and during checkout got the "Sorry, but we cannot ship to Illinois" message. Anyone know if this is this for all wines, or just this selection?

There is a list of prohibited states on the site, check under shipping I think. I fear you may be SOL

Just tried to buy Lamborghini Umbria Campoleone La Fiorita 2002, and during checkout got the "Sorry, but we cannot ship to Illinois" message. Anyone know if this is this for all wines, or just this selection?

It's the Lobbying in Illinois. We owned a bar/restaurant for 8 years in IL, and some pretty rigid rules on where you buy alcohol. Only from the distributor that had the district you were in, no charging-COD, no re-filling bottles from larger bottles, etc. Keep supplying the tips & sites Frank-greatly appreciated! Any more problems with eBay account?

I will keep posting the dels when I see them. I had both my Paypal and Ebay account frozzen. I just unfrozze my Ebay and had to redo a lot of things. They had dissabled my email accounts and somehow placed ads in any new auctions that I set up. I had Ebay work with me to get my account back.

BTW I am going to split up some of this thread as it is now taking away form the links forum and we can discuss the sites better in the hot tub.
