Just tried to buy Lamborghini Umbria Campoleone La Fiorita 2002, and during checkout got the "Sorry, but we cannot ship to Illinois" message. Anyone know if this is this for all wines, or just this selection?

OK back to Vino they have a nice Pinot Noir rated a 92 but it is pricey.

I love that site, too! But I only order the cheapest of the cheap wines from them...I can't commit to anything that costs more than $6 a bottle. Just ordered a case of Italian white for $70 including shipping.

The Fedex Ground man now knows me by name--he saw me walking my DD to school and stopped the truck to ask what time I would be home so he could deliver the case! (Wine deliveries have to be signed for by a sober adult over 21.) Do you think I could give him a bottle as an Xmas present?

Also I want to tell you that the delivery in NJ is lightning-fast. They must be shipping from a very local distributor. This is in stark contrast to wine.woot.com, which takes forever to NJ.

I do not think I will be ordering from wine.woot.com again after using winetilsoldout.com. There deals are the best I have seen and if there is a wine that I like I use winezap to find the best prices on the net. also not sure if IO posted this one

Just so you know something about the above link I posted. It is a high end Wine shop that is located in the Union Square area of NY. They cater to mostly hard to find Italian wines. It is part owned by Mario Batali the famous Italian cook from the food Network. I have been there and bought some nice wines in there store. They have tastings from time to time. You can get some great wines here but I do not think you will get a bargain.

The sold out sign was for the item that was before it. If you would have scrolled down , you will see that they have it in stock. Just move fast if you want it. When I first posted this I was checking the site and they had just added it in. They just now sent out an email about the replacement of the sold out item, which means people will now be checking back in to buy it.
