Kearns ordered the (homeowner association) committee to require Jensen to remove the wreath, but members refused after concluding that it was merely a seasonal symbol that didn't say anything. Kearns fired all five committee members.

It is that time again when the newspaper attacks the neighbors (and stores) and their displays, just don't use the Christmas word or even think about displaying a nativity scene....if it is a big fat dude in a red suite...that is fine.

My homeowner assoc. president sure can't fire other committee members. What is up with that?
