What an insane world we live in that she gets a settlement.
You can't tell me she's NEVER seen drugs in condom's on a tv show or movie, or heard them at least talk about it. It was a stunt, and paid off. The authorities were stupid not to accurately test it sooner, and the taxpayers end up paying for their incompetence. It should have been a quick test, and a fine for wasting their time.
