I am leaving for Vegas Friday Night. I should know by Friday Afternoon if they want to use it or not. The only thing it would affect is if they wanted to sign a contract on Saturday to Monday. Or if the Director wants to see it over the weekend. If I had to my son is home and my MIL is a block away so he could get in if he had to but I prefer to be there.

But some of us heard Big Frank say that you stood and sat in as a double for uncle Fester for the bathroom scenes on that series.

I heard the reasoning was that they knew you could not possibly fall in the toilet like uncle Fester could if the bathroom seat was left up.

My church was contacted awhile ago to be used as well but I don't think anything ever became of it. They wanted to use the interior. The minister was all excited about it but maybe the board was against.

Besides, how could The Sopranos not need a "Big Frank" in their storyline! hehe!

The first time we spoke he said just the outside. This time he said in and out but mostly just the first room from the outside of the door. He also said that they maybe using both houses interchangeably.
Apparently this is just the first step. He has to take pictures then it is up to the director. If it is a go, things will move very fast, By the end of the week we could be in a contract and filming by 3 weeks. I will see in a few hours if we passed the first step.

BTW My wife now says if they wish to paint they can but they must repaint to our colors when they are done.

Part one is done.

As you can tell I was very anxious to get this over with. He took a lot of panoramic pictures of both the inside and the outside of my house. He also took some of my neighbor's homes looking from my steps. It is now up to there film crew. I was told there are about a dozen homes that are being considered so I am not getting my hopes up. He did say that he liked the decor and the size and openness of mine. I guess that is a big plus , He also said that they would use both the inside and the outside and with no alteration in my case which is a plus for me.
I was given some info on the scene but I was asked not to say anything if I am picked. If I do not hear from them by the time I get back from Vegas I will just cross it off as being used. They still need the final two scene's shoot. They are short on time because they lost 3 weeks because of the holidays. If I had to take a guess I would say that there is a 10 to 15%chance that they use either me or my neighbor next door. If they use either one of us there is a good chance the other house will be in it as well.
One good thing if they do not pick me now is that I am now going to be in there film data base. So they could use the house on something else at a later date.

I am still hanging in there. I just spoke to them. They said my house might still be used but they are looking for a better view from the inside of the door to my living room staircase. They are now coming back to my block because another neighbor had a wall removed that will show more of what they want. He said there is a good chance that they may use both his inside and my outside. They will not know for sure until Tuesday as I believe that is the deadline. He did say that out of 30-40 homes mine is one of the few still being considered but that angle is what is keeping them from using it because the main scene is on the stairs.

I just heard from him and it does not sound like they are going to use it. The shot there looking for can not be done with my house.
I can now say they wanted to do a hit on the stairs. They are now looking into other ventures or changing the script. BTW they are saying 8 finale episodes. You will be hearing a possible extra show added.
