I have sold my daughter's stats textbook on ebay. The auction closed on Sat. and the buyer has a a feedback score of 50 and a 94.6% positive feedback score. A invoice was sent on Sat. and on Monday I sent an email requesting him to email with his choice of payment options. How long do I wait for a response--I've had no contact so far. Can I offer to one of the other bidders. Time is of the essence, since classes start this week. Next week there will be no demand for this book.

I forgot to add eariler that the buyer has chosen to keep his feedback comments private which eliminates him from selling items on ebay.

This probably won't help you now, but when we've listed things for sale on ebay we've put something in requiring payment in a certain timeframe. If payment isn't received we can put the item back up for bid. Don't know if you can do that after the fact.LuanneComment

Ebay won't allow you to send an
unpaid bidder warning until 10 days after the end of the auction.
From there it takes another 7 days before you can file for a refund of the final value fee for a non-paying bidder.
The only shortcut to this is to start a dispute and hope that the buyer responds.
If they do, you can then cancel their bid and sell it to the next higher bidder, all within the bounds of Ebay's rules.
