Madge, unfortunately it appears my thank you starting this string was premature as the problem still exists that was caused by RCI's (KA0) Christie's mistakes on January 27, 2007 at 4:59 PM CST. Any help correcting these time consuming on going foul ups would be appreaciated.
Our RCI point total is now short by 19,250 RCI Points or $385. worth of Points at RCI's stated rate of 2 cents per point.
RCI's guide deposited a week I did not give them in that was only worth 9,250 Points. As of today at 12:10 PM CST this incorrect amount of extra points points were still in my account.
But RCI's (JVD) James said that they had been taken out. I pointed out that he was wrong and his manner was to say the least uncoopertive.
Another problem being caused by RCI is the reservation that is shown below for unit 366 in the copy of the email sent Bluegreen message to me plainly shows that we and only we have the right to bank this week that is worth 28,500 RCI Points.
But RCI's (JVD) mistakely insists that that is not our week to deposit as he said someone else has deposited our reservation butbis unwilling to provide proof like I am able to do.
When I offered to send proof of the reservation by email to James (RCI's JVD) he basically said there was nothing he could or do to correct the situation that started with Christe back on Jan 27, 2007.
The total of RCI that should be presently in our account is 579,621 and not the 560,371 it was showing at 12:10 PM CST today
I have put in 4 to 5 hours in over several days trying to correct RCI mistakes that still are not corrected as I type this out.
About 2 years ago either this Christie or another RCI Christie who made mistakes on our RCI points account that took hours of my time to correct over a period of about one month.
Since that experiance I keep a very detailed log on our RCI deposits that includes not only the unit number and reservation number but also the account number it came from. I copy my RCI point total before calling to deposit the weeks and get the RCI's 3 digit RCI to refer to especially for situations like this. I also write the exact time we called, hold times etc.
But RCI's John (WLC) who I talked to Jan 31, 2007 from 8:57 was a credit to your company in his demeaner said he would try to help.
Below is a copy of the email I send to another RCI Supervisior after I feel I was being given the run around, inacurrate and unture informatiom and very unprofessional treatment by RCI's (JDV) James.
I understandably alterned my account number and the reservation numbers after sending this to the RCI Super below.

He stated that he is a supervisor but he can not send emails or receive emails like you can do, so he said I could not send a copy of this confirmed reservation to him like I am sending to you.
This is a reservation that James (JDV) said that has already been been given credit to someone elses RCI Points account.
This is just a small part of the problems I have encounted since banking 2 reservations with RCI's (KA0) Christie on Jan 27, 2007 @ 4:59 PM CST.
I have talked to 5 RCI people since then and the point total is still not corrected. I especially took offense at KA0 that IMHO was laughing at me during todays call at 12:05 PM to 12:35 PM.
