It's not an instant rebate, and you don't need a coupon code. If you open the original link, and then open the "terms & conditions", rule #6 states: Rebate Payment. The $15.00 USD rebate will be deposited into your PayPal account by May 28, 2007.

I guess we just have to trust PayPal!
