Their stuff is good but I can't afford it, even at half off it's $20/lb for Filet Mignon and $17 for boneless strip before any shipping costs. Do the math.

Yes, it is expensive. I've never ordered Omaha Steaks for myself, because we have some great butchers in our neighborhood with wonderful meat for less money.

But I have to say Omaha Steaks make wonderful gifts. I've given the steaks to friends who are going through some big life problems and I find it really cheers people up--maybe because when you're sad, you're not necessarily eating nutritious food.
