YIKES, this has turned into a free for all! - I just can't decide who to 'dis'
The world is changing - distance is shrinking, we are all changing, no more 'white bread' families - there are a lot of 'heinz 57' people/couples/families/schools/companies/towns/cities/nations...
What was good 50 years ago doesn't sit so well by todays standards. (however correct grammar is always appreciated)

Why is this unfair?
Cheap Labor comes at a much higher cost
See what is happening with the employees
@Circuit City Stores see Shaggy`s Thread
3400 high paying employees being replaced!
Federal Law
Federal law doesn't require employers to verify workers '
immi gration status or whether their documents are valid.
Federal law does not require lunch or coffee breaks.
Bona fide meal periods (typically lasting at least 30 minutes), serve a different purpose
than coffee or snack breaks and, thus, are not work time and are not compensable.
