I'm sorry to hear about little Scooter! It is very hard to lose a pet. I'm glad that at least he lived to a good age (he's about 94 in "dog years!") and was very loved.

Beags, I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about Scooter. He had a good 'mom' and a great life and you have many happy memories...just hang on to those. Whether they are Beagles, Labs or cats, they are our babies and we love them dearly. I have pictures of all our Labs around and I remember each of them fondly. And our 2-year old yellow Lab, Dakota is providing more memories. They will be waiting for us at "The Rainbow Bridge". Hugs and prayers to you.

Letting a pet go is the hardest thing to do and you will miss him very much but happy memories will return of your beloved Scooter. We have been there too many times already. I feel for you and I hope there is a pet heaven. They deserve it, these wonderful creatures.

Beags, I'm so sorry to read of Scooter's passing. How very sad.

I was heart broken when my dog died and still feel sad today and miss her, over 20 yrs later. So I know it's so tough for you now with the loss of Scooter and I'm sorry you're going through this.

May you be comforted in knowing that Scooter was blessed to be so loved and has had a good life. May the void in your heart be somewhat filled and the days get easier.

Losing a pet is losing a family member. I'm so sorry. Think of all the love and happiness Scooter gave you. You were the best dog Mom he could have had and he had a great life with you. I'm sure he loved you as much as you loved him.
