Wouldn't you know it I've got a retail location near me now and I didn't have to move.

This is so trite on my part but what the heck. I'm so sorry that some of you folks are buying steaks online and thinking it's the greatest thing since popcorn and sliced bread. Gawd, thanks where I live. We just bought a "reduced" price steak at one of our favorite grocery stores. It was about 20oz. Was a NY strip and reduced to 3.99 a lb. It was probably one of the best steaks I've had in my life. We grilled it on gas with mesquite chips in punctured tin foil.
