The controller for our 12 year old Panasonic Massage Chair was accidentally crushed between the seat and the seat back.
100% unreparable. Now, of course, similar massage chairs no longer have the controller on a long tether.
NLAremotes.com is a company that can replace most lost or damaged remotes, but not ours:
"Thanks for submitting a research request on your remote control. We

searched through all retailers & suppliers nationwide and unfortunately
can
not locate the original remote or the original code library to custom
build
you a remote. We will keep your name & email address on file in case
we do
come across the remote.>
If anyone has one of these older chairs and is willing to part with the controller, keep us in mind.
