I haven't forgotten!

Hi folks,
Just thought I would drop a note to say I haven't forgotten how to get to the site. Just been very busy this week since we got home.
My younger son graduates from Clarkson this Sunday and we have been getting ready to go up there tonite. He will be getting his degree in Chem. Eng. but has decided to go on to law school and do Intelectual Property (Patent Law).
Have been working on getting my Italy photos sorted out so I can post some and will hopefully get that done next week when things settle down a little bit. I took about 1200 photos but my wife has me beat she took about 3000. We had a laptop with us and would download each nite back at the hotel.
Anyway will get some together as soon as I can and post a bit of a trip report in the Travel Tales forum soon.

Now you understand why I had about the same amount of Pics from when I went to Italy. Do yourself a favor upload the Pics to Snapfish for safe keeping but If I were you burn them to a CD. Now a days Hard drives do not last a life time and you will lose the pics if they are not saved on a CD.

Congrats to your son. You must be very proud.

Yes, I have them on hard drive, my wifes viewer and have now put them out to DVD and will make a second copy of that. But now comes the chore of sorting thru and seeing which ones I want to post.

I am looking forward to see your photos of Italy. It has beautiful old cities with many preserved buildings and fountains as well as spectacular scenery too.
