btw, I just opened a bottle of the red Spadina "Una Rosa" Nero D’Avola 2003 the other night, it was so sharp we didn't drink it. So I would avoid that one if it comes up today, it has a red rose on the label. I will keep it for cooking.

It is a nice wine and it is made with Organic grapes from Chille. It is also rated a 90 which is better than most but Discounting it only $1 killed it.
