I watched that and thoughts took me back to having a ball on the river.
As a kid growing up in Midland, Michigan, I recall Dow was extruding logs of Styrofoam. When a windstorm came up, logs were strewn across the county.
We played with those logs on the Pine River, which flowed into the Tittabawassee and the Saginaw and eventually to Lake Huron. We wondered if they made it over Niagara.
