First it was the Sopranos now it was a low budget film. Its like one of the films in the film festival. They needed the house for 5-6 days and they really wanted both floors including the bedrooms. What they offered me was very little compared to what I was giving. I felt bad saying no but my wife would have killed me if I said yes.

Wow, Frank! Your house must be nice. I went over to visit a friend the other day and on my way I noticed a house near hers with a beautiful garden--tons of bright flowers, green lawn, just a great yard. And the house was nice, too. I asked my friend about it and she said oh, yeah--that's the house that's always on TV! -
