It's weird, it's got both an oval decal or logo thing on the "dashboard," but rectangular ones on the two covers. Are there any big grill dealers by you? You could call and ask what high-end manufacturers they carry, then google them.

I've been pestering the dealers and manufacturers. Ducane was quick to reply! Maybe I should buy one of their grills . . . .

FWIW Weber bought Ducane a year or so ago. My Weber Genesis is on it's 13th year and still chugging along. Not bad for a $600 grill although we thought it was pricey back then.

I thought it looks most like CalFlame--but do they make freestanding grills, or just the kind that fit into islands? What's the drawer thing underneath? Is that an OVEN?
It has a sort of homemade evil-genius quality, this grill. You don't think someone could have made it, do you?
In any case, it's quite a grill. It's like the Hummer of grills!

I'm only slightly ashamed to admit that I googled and found the ad on Craigslist. The asking price would make this grill pretty much the bargain of the century.
