  • A Simple Solution to Global Warming

Surfing a bit at lunch time and I made this stunning discovery.

First, below is a chart showing global mean surface temperature 1850 to 2006 relative to 1961–1990. The climb beginning in about 1980 is noticeable.

Now, look at the pictures below of Michael Jackson during that same time frame:

    And culminating with present-day MJ:

    ***********

The correlation is clear and obvious. If we want to end global warming, there's a very simple solution.

Somebody needs to stop Michael Jackson from trying to be white.

I don't know if the plastic surgeon has yet been born who can reverse the damage already done, but at least we can keep things from getting worse.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

    “You shouldn't wear that body.”

Steve did they drop you on your head when you were born?

This probably one of your best and most absurd posts and I LOVED it. Thank you.

No, but I was bitten by a Python when I was younger.

No, no, no. You have it all wrong. It is clear by the graph below that the cause of global warming is the decline of pirates. I thought everyone knew that!

I always thought it was the hot air coming from all of the self-promoters in the environmentalist movement that caused ''global warming'', but your explanation makes as much sense as theirs!

Actually, the science is already there. In the mid-1800s, one of the earth's natural long term cooling cycles, known as the Little Ice Age ended, and it went into one of its long term warming cycles. The last such warming cycle, the Medieval Warm Period, saw the earth get much warmer than it is today without any big catastrophy.
