Has anyone used one - Neti pot for sinus health? If so, what do you think?

My husband started using this about a month ago, after I was telling him about it on the Oprah show. He swears it cleared up his chronic sinus problems and he uses it daily. I tried it a couple of times just to see what all the hoopla was about. I thought that it would give me the sense that I was drowning by pouring water in my nose, but it just gave me the sensation that I went under water as in swimming. It actually felt pretty soothing when I finished.

I have not tried it, but a coworker of mine has and she said she can tell a difference.

A friend of mine swears by it. Her husband had severe allergies. He would be miserable half the year before he started neti. Now she says he is absolutely normal.

Been using it for four months, twice daily, and it really helps sinus problems, not to mention denaturing viruses before they can multiply and cause a cold.

I was encouraged by your answer when I first began to read it....sounded great, until I hear it makes a husband normal....I like mine abnormal, he is much more fun to live with.

Seriously though, it does work for folks and is a great natural way to alleviate sinus problems and allergies.
