Double click on each person to get him/her on the raft, then click the red knob to start the raft on either side of the river.

I have no idea if it tells you or not, I can't get it done.

It does, the button will change (reply). If you read Japanese (or Chinese). And these people will wave as like they are yelling

No, I did not get it the 1st time, I give up in the middle of process. I saw hliw's message then retry and get it the 2nd time.

Yep it worked but after all that did you notice that it was OK to leave the girl alone near the end, Can't believe they made you get away with that.
