The vinager helps with digesting the foods. It adds acid to your diet, BTW before I started taking this I used to get acid reflux but now since I take the pills I no longer get that.

If you can do a Cleanse for 24 hours you feel great, the 9 day requires 48 hours of Cleansing at the start and 48 hours cleansing on Day 8 and 9. If you can do it you will feel great. Many of my friends tried and could not get past the first day. I prepare my self mentally for it before hand so I am ready for it. I also try to sleep late and go to bed early that helps out.

No I am still a big guy but no way near what I had been. I am in much better shape because I do so many push ups. I am up to doing at times over 3 sets of 50 non stop. When I was doing martial arts some 10 to 12 years back I could do 3 sets of 150.
The trip to Greece is what put me over the edge. 5 weeks in Europe and 3 weeks of Salty gyros had me so blown up that I had to see a doctor and get on water pills and followed that up with blood pressure meds. My right foot and leg had swollen up like a balloon. I had to do something fast. So now I am in better shape than I was before I left for Europe. In fact I have not felt this great in over 5 years. I am now less than when I first tried Isagenx some 3 or 4 years ago.

Make the right choices, keep it going.
And I am so happy that your wife recognized the achievement and changed her mind , especially since you got so close to your goal in far less time .
                        Enjoy the trip!

Isagenix is wonderful! I have so much more energy and my skin looks more youthful....You are inspring me ith a 50 lb loss....makes my last 15 seem manageable. I'm going to try the vinegar. BTW - once i went off coffee as a part of the program, I no longer had reflux either. Amazing.

                            Have a fabulous trip!

Frank, I'm no expert but I changed my diet completely and for good in 2005 and the acid reflux disappeared for me. I think its more likely the weight loss, exercise and the change in what you eat that resolved that for you. In any case, way to go big guy....
