The Japanese have developed a camera that takes 2000 frames per second. This is really cool!

I did find a cool youtube video. YouTube - 2000 frames per second

Once you are on youtube, there are a lot of high speed videos. pretty amazing.

The MythBusters folks use high-speed cameras all the time. It is insanely cool. I can't remember where, but one of the SCI/DSC shows had video of a water balloon being poped. The water just sits there for a bit before it decides to fall.
