Can I translate a MS Word document?

I need to translate a page of MS Word into Spanish for my cleaning lady. It's her TO DO list. Anyone know if I can do this? I talk to her via Babblefish but I wanted a whole page of info to translate and I have put it into a nice format for her.

Any suggestions?

Whichever translation software you decide on, do one simple check. Translate from English to Spanish and then back to English. Then try making sense of the 'new' English version. That will give some indication of how good the translation engine is.
