Took me about a week to get mine in and it looks great, now to see what the coffee tastes like.

I got one. The pods are kind of expensive and the coffee is quite weak. There are third party vendors who offer other coffee pods that are supposed to be better, and I plan on trying them.

There are also instructions online about how to make your own pods. However, there are warnings that, unless the homemade pods are perfect, the machines have a tendency to explode, spraying scalding coffee all over the kitchen and anyone/thing nearby.

You can buy a special pod holder such as this and make your own pods, too. I've seen them in places like Walmart, too.

I got mine on Wednesday and try it last night it did not work so called Senceo today they said they will send me a new one.

Now that gets me worried because I am not going to use it until Aug. I want to give it to my son for his dorm.

I could not get it to flush to start using the machine, red light would only blink real fast which is bad. When I was telling the support person they they said that it bad and said that they are sending a new one and sending a return shipping tag so it should not cost me any thing.

I guess I should check mine with in the return time slot then. What is the return time slot. I did not want to open the box since I am gifting it.

I can not remember who it was on the forum but they had theirs for more than a year and got the same service. I will look for it.

Looked in manual it is a (FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY) so do not worry.

Arkansa Winger thanks for the tip. I just got mine, it came very quickly, 4 days maybe and that's because of the weekend. I know 2 other people who ordered one, one of them already has one and got another for her home. The other she brought to the office for us to use.
