It never ceases to amaze me what people list for prices for the Royals in Cancun on the TUG site. They know we know the resales prices, but still list outrageous prices. It's the same for other areas too. Seems a waste, if you're not listing prices that will actually sell.

I have seen a couple WTS here that are tigers and are priced to sell. There is at least one Aquamarine SCal summer from a valued member that is a straight shooter.

I saw that listing and it is a fantastic price for such a tiger trader on RCI. It would sell for much more on Ebay.

Part of the reason I love this place so much is that the users are very savvy and know the value of what they have, know what they paid and are not looking to gouge people.
