The story is just plain silly. However, we could do without the photos. Just does not need to be on a Timeshare site.

I do not see any thing wrong with those pics posted in the hot tub. I am sure you can pick up any magazine out there and see the same pics posted in an ad.

No wonder the poor lady had to sue. The ad says you can only return unworn items.

And her lawyer was only following VS policy. They wanted to see the item and he declined to give it to them. No return because it was worn.

The 'metallic' reference reminds me of a story told on a hospital documentary programme. Apparently a young lady was to undergo an MRI scan and had been warned not to wear anything metal. She thought about the risks of underwired garments and addressed that problem. What she overlooked was that her 'best underwear', presumably worn in case she was to be examined by a young male doctor, had fine metallic thread running through it. She had to press the emergency button when the magnetic field of the scanner tried to rip her drawers off.
