Given all of the recent stories on how freedom of speech is rapidly disappearing to the forces of political correctness in Canada, with apecial ''star chamber' types tribunals to punish politicallly incorrect speech, I certainly could NOT celebrate Canada Day. There are too many in our country, I'm afraid, who would like to do the same thing.

Late posting here, but a belated Happy Canada Day!!!! We were in Victoria one year on July 1 and enjoyed the fireworks display over the harbor. Made up for not being in the US on the 4th.
