Rain in Phoenix

After 143 days of no rain in Phoenix - it RAINED and RAINED! Started Friday night and rained out the Cub spring training game today against Kansas City. Driving back to Sedona on I-17 at approximately 3000 feet, it started snowing and was a real blizzard around Camp Verde. The red rocks are frosted with snow. Beautiful!!

After reading the post that Phoenix got rain, I emailed my daugher with congrats. She wrote back, "Sure, the morning I get up early to go to garage sales with my girlfriends, it rains."
