Cigars International has some closeouts for ABOUT $1 a stick, 100 handmades for $ 69.50, Memoria de Cuba -torpedos 50-$ 49.95/Coronas, 50-$ 39.95

Best Bet is to sign up for their e-mails specials- I often get some $2-$5 cigars for a buck or less- Like Puros of St. James. Another one I enjoy as a cheapie is Trinidad Y Cia at around .60-.70 per stick.
