Glad to be back. I have missed all of the fun!!
The worse part of Ike and no power was missing the final episodes of my favorite summer TV shows: The Closer, Monk, Pysch, and Burn Notice. Hopefully I will be able to see them via internet.

Yeah, welcome back. I didn't worry about you at all. Haha ....but wondered how you were getting along. We lived in Pasadena some years ago and had water to where there was no point in trying to go anywhere... several times.
It sounded like you knew what all to do going in, don't know you really had it. Prepared campers usually make out pretty well. You were lucky the hot didn't stay.

It's hard for me to imagine what a hurricane must be like but from the TV footage it sure looks scary.
