Ticked off at Omaha Steaks

I got a call today and was offered a package deal for $75 with free shipping. i didn't bite. He then said he would throw in free carmel apples. No, no. Then he said he would take $10 off. I said okay.

Then I got my email confirmation - no carmel apples and no ten$ off. I called up and they said I could cancel or start over with a new sales rep. well, I didn't ointend to order, only did because it was a good deal, so i cancelled.

I asked to be removed from the sales calls, I had a very similar situation with them, They promise the world by phone and then it is not there. I think if you would have gotten another CS rep they would have given it to you. I would have called again.

I also asked to be removed from their calling list, because they were calling me 2 or 3 times a week.
