Unlike other states, the California certificates NEVER expire. If the restaurant does fold before I use my certificate, I call restaurant.com and they give me a credit in my account. I use the credit to buy another certificate anywhere I want.Originally posted by 4ARedOctober
I did get a certificate once for a San Francisco restaurant. Within the week after the purchase we went there for dinner. They were closed and already remade into a reception hall. Of course we were suprised but we went elsewhere for dinner and got a credit via a phone call.Comment
