I tried to enter the chat room but all I got was a square with a red X in the box..... am I suppose to download something to get into the chat room?

Still can't get in. I restarted the computer too. Have to put my husband on this issue tomorrow so maybe I can get in the chat room another night. My computer mice are tired now so I am not going to try anything else. They need to rest for Black Friday online shopping!
