I've bought 3 items. 2 delivered so far, but it took a while.

I tried to order a TomTom advertised about 3 days ago. Apparently, my order did not go through due to some "glitch" in their system. I contacted their customer support via email (as instructed by their website) about 2 p.m. Eastern time the day of the sale. Finally received a reply a day later and was just informed this evening that my order would not be honored. Obviously, I'll never do business with them again. They're not to be trusted!
