Colibri which made some of the best lighters are out as of now. All warranties are null. I have about 100 of there lighters that are not under warranty but I at least was able to pay to get them fixed, now my $100-$150 lighter is gone for good if it breaks unless someone takes them over.

Company in receivership. This normally means that someone got a judgment against this company and the court appointed a receiver to operate the company or sell its assets to pay the judgment. Once the judgment gets paid, the receivership is dissolved and management comes back to operate whatever is left.

Nope the way heard was from another company that I deal with Xikar, They notified all of there custumers that in the event that there Colibri lighter broke they could bring it into a retailer with the Coupon they provided and that would get you 20% off there lighters.
