I would not say Frank miss behaved but

I think Frank sometimes thinks he is a President and in fact he mentioned thathe smokes a similar sented cigar like Bill Clint ton did a time or 2.
But I noticed that Frank has not mentioned here that he was alone with the resorts manager Marion in her office for over an hour one morning.
