Selling a parking stall!!

I found this on a whistler web site. link Someone is trying to sell a stall in parking garage in a resort in whistler village for $20,000 (yes $20,00)
This might be a good deal in NYC but less than a half a block away is a free lot.

It hard to believe that someone even has the right to sell a stall in a resort's under-ground garage.

Even funnier is the "mortgage calculator" button on the page. Can you imagine trying to get a mortgage on a parking stall? Now I've heard everything...
